My yoga journey started in high school. I would occasionally attend yoga class with my mom. I was struck by the reliable state change I would experience during class. I would arrive feeling one way, and always leave feeling more connected, calm and whole. At this time, I decided I wanted to be able to offer that experience to others one day.

I am so happy to be living my dream of teaching yoga today.


My yoga classes contain the following:

- Combine traditional yoga poses with the latest principles of movement science and biomechanics (expect some updates to yoga poses that make the practice more nourishing and sustainable!).

- Focus on supporting the nervous system and releasing stress through breath work, restorative yoga, guided meditation, and energy work.

- Encourage cultivation of mindfulness and self-compassion, and increase body awareness and the mind-body connection.

Trainings and certifications

200- Hour Certified Yoga Teacher - I completed my 200-hour teacher training at Prema Yoga in Brooklyn, NY with the incredible vinyasa yoga teachers Amanda Harding and Lesley Desaulniers.

Ma Yoga Prenatal Teacher Training - a prenatal yoga teacher training in NYC with Mia Borgatta and Dr. Eden Fromberg.

Restorative Training Level 1 with Essential Oils and Yoga Nidra led by Gina Menza and Mona Anand at ISHTA Yoga in NYC.

The Modern Yogi: Teacher Development Course with Brea Johnson of Hearts and Bones Yoga - a training focused on combining traditional yoga with the latest biomechanics and exercise science principles. 

I'm currently completing a 2-year certification program with biomechanicist and movement specialist Katy Bowman to teach Nutritious Movement™ - a style of movement and corrective exercises to restore function to the modern human body.
