In this workshop, we’ll dive into the exciting science of chronobiology and how our circadian clock impacts almost every area of human health. Learning to properly align your circadian rhythm can positively impact mood, energy levels, sleep, hormonal health and has implications for long-term disease prevention. 

After a discussion of the science, we’ll dive into the top practical tips on how to start optimizing your biorhythms. 
More specifically, we’ll discuss the key habits necessary for healthy circadian rhythms and work on crafting morning and evening rituals that can automate these habits into daily life. 

You’ll leave this workshop with an individualized morning and evening ritual you can immediately implement.

Learning to downshift into your innate relaxation response (parasympathetic nervous system) multiple times a day is the key to combating the health hazards of chronic stress. Once you can access this state at will, deep states of healing and restoration are readily available.

In this upcoming 3-part series, led by health coach and yoga teacher Tara McCoy, you will learn multiple tools to actively nourish your nervous system and become a connoisseur of self-care. These sessions will give you a deep experience of the healing parasympathetic state by combining restorative yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques.

In our increasingly frenetic and stressful world practices that allow us to downshift and relax are particularly nourishing. When the mind slows and the body releases tension, deep restoration and healing naturally occur. In this slower state our innate body wisdom and intuitive voice has space to arise.

In this 2-hour experiential workshop yoga teachers and energy healers, Para and Tara, will walk you through an experience of deep restoration. Through supported yoga poses and breathwork, we will activate the healing relaxation response and release tension stored in the energetic and physical bodies. Restorative yoga induces a state where the innate wisdom of the body and higher mind take over resulting in deep restoration. You’ll leave with brand new tools to access these healing states whenever needed.
